The Innovadores Awards of Diario de Castilla y León-El Mundo, recognizes the effort in innovation in the Autonomous Community of Castilla y León. Since 2010, "Innovadores", the first regional supplement in Research, Development and Innovation, informs Castilla y Leon´s readers of the projects and initiatives developed in the nine provinces.

The biomass power plant Bioeléctrica de Garray, belonging to the ENSO group and partner of the LIFE CO₂IntBio project, has certified the sustainable managament of the biomass used in the power plant through the voluntary scheme SURE, according to REDII Directive. 

LIFE CO₂IntBio has set out to transform CO₂ emissions from biomass powerplants into new products. It is also enhancing the potential of forests to mitigate climate change. 

EXPOBIOMASA, will be celebrated from 21 to 23 september in Valladolid, the biggest event at a national level.

An ENSO´s stand (pavilion 2, stand 241), will be possible to find information about the activities of the company: from biomass boilers design, to O&M services of the LIFE project about carbon capture.

There will be a special attention to the Energy Services Section for companies that wish to decarbonize their processes.

Carburos Metálicos, the leader company in industrial and medical gases in Spain, is one of the main companies of the chemical industry that will expose their innovations at the Smart Chemistry Forum, Smart Future, framed in the next International Chemistry Event (Expoquimia 2021), which will take place in Barcelona from 14 to 17 september.

LIFE CO₂IntBio project will paticipate at the National Environmantal Congress (CONAMA 25020) at the North Madrid Convention Center, IFEMA, between May 31 and June 3.

During the days of the Congress, LIFE CO₂IntBio project will be present with a stand (number 8) where detailed information abour the project will be offered. A poster about the project will be also exhibited.
