LIFE CO2IntBio project will be present at the National Environment Congress (CONAMA 2020) at the North Madrid Convention Center, IFEMA, between May 31 and June 3.
LIFE CO2IntBio project will paticipate at the National Environmantal Congress (CONAMA 25020) at the North Madrid Convention Center, IFEMA, between May 31 and June 3.
During the days of the Congress, LIFE CO2IntBio project will be present with a stand (number 8) where detailed information abour the project will be offered. A poster about the project will be also exhibited.
Among the scheduled activities, on Tuesday, June 1, there will be participation in the Technical Session 52 - Industrial Symbiosis and Industry 4.0, with the presence during the morning session of Jesús Díez, Programms Director in Fundación Patrimonio Natural de Castilla y León, and in which Emilio López, CEO of the ENSO company, also participates, showing the LIFE CO2IntBio project as an example of industrial symbiosis with biomass and CO2.
On Thursday June 3, LIFE CO2IntBio project organizes the conferences "TRANSFORMATION OF CO2 INTO RAW MATERIAL: NEW STRATEGIES FOR THE MITIGATION OF CLIMATE CHANGE", focused on knowing the different uses of CO2 captured as raw material and its transformation into value-added products. Jordi Mallén, Product Manager Food & Leisure in Carburos Metálicos, will talk about food and agricultural carbon uses.
The conference will also analyze the role of carbono uses in public decarbonization policies and it is expected to be a discussion site about the potential of the use of CO2 in Climate Change Mitigation.
The conference will take place from 10:00 to 13:00 h.
