Increase of CO₂ concentration in the atmosphere causes serious climate changes. 

More awareness and sustainability in production and consumption is needed.

Carbon Capture and Use Technologies (CCU), can contribute to climate change mitigation (reduction of greenhouse gases emissions). They separate CO₂ from industrial combustion gases to purify it, condition it and use it later as a resource or raw material.

The objective of the LIFE CO₂IntBio project is to capture and purify the CO₂ from a biomass energy production plant to obtain a green CO₂ of renewable origin that is neutral in emissions.
