The expected results in the pilot project related to the reduction of CO₂ emissions for the mitigation of change Climate are as follows:

• Reduction of emissions due to the heat provided by the biomass plant, replacing the current fossil fuels (14,844 CO₂ t / year)
• Reduction of emissions related to burning agro-food industries waste in the boiler, otherwise they will go to landfills, with their corresponding greenhouse gas emissions by methanization (5,387 CO₂ t / year).
• Reduction of emissions related to the production of liquid CO₂ (498 CO2 t / year).
• Reduction of emissions related to avoiding the transport of CO₂ to the agro-food industries (133 CO₂ t / year).
• Reduction of emissions related to the transport of CO₂ to third parties (175 CO₂ t / year).
• Reduction of emissions related to avoiding the transport of waste from the to agro-food industries to the landfill (4.3 CO₂ t / year).
